Brossasco (CN)
A loop hike in the upper part of the Valley of Gilba, on the watershed Varaita – Po, with a beautiful view over Monviso. From San Sisto you climb up to the chapel of S. Bernardo di Gilba, on the crest of the border between the two neighbouring valleys. Following the line of the crest you reach, with one firm tug, the peaks of Bric la Costa and Bric la Plata. From here a breath-taking view and direct descent on the Col of Gilba. Nearly flat way back to Danna hamlet. Transfer to Techiasso and Meira del Gias and descent until the departure point.
