Roccabruna (CN)
Low valley itinerary, popular with snowshoe enthusiasts. The climb follows the route of the forest track, but there are many possible variants that pass through the thick red fir wood, reach the Sellina bivouac, excellent stopover point in case of bad weather, and reach the top. Once reached the col, you can look over the Varaita Valley and the view goes from the Stone King to 4000 m peaks of Valle d’Aosta. On a clear day, it is easy to distinguish the hills of Turin, the Piedmont high plain and the hills of the Langhe.
