Valgrana – Monterosso Grana (CN)
From Roata Bacias di Vallera you follow the closed road, not subject to snow removal, which gently goes up to Valgrana. Here you can stop, or, beyond the road near the bridge, continue climbing up the valley along the bed of the river Grana. Near the Armandi hamlet you cross a secondary stream, a tributary of the Grana, before taking a forest track that leads to Monterosso Grana. The route, which is scalable as you wish, has minimum differences in altitude and is suitable for families and beginners.
