Excursion to discover the Alevè wood, considered the largest Swiss pine wood in Europe for its purity and one of the flagships of the Monviso Park. The route is always well marked and signposted, thanks to the work of the managers of the Bagnour Hut, so it is also suitable for beginners. The climb in the forest is interspersed with some clearings, which open onto a beautiful scenery with the Pelvo d’Elva silhouetted against the sky. Possibility to create a loop hike passing by Lake Secco, walking half an hour longer.
