Information
Stage two first goes up the entire Pellice valley, from Luserna San Giovanni to 1,732 meters at Willy Jervis refuge, alternating asphalt ground with the forest track. You will then reach De La Croix pass on foot by pushing the bike.
There, you will cross the Italian-French border, inside the Queyras National Park. The signage on the path allows you to find your way around clearly. You can take single trails or dirt tracks characterized by continuous ups and downs in a wide-ranging environment. These trails lead to the most renowned mountain pass of Izoard valley, the Col d’Izoard.
