The Museum of Chivalry, situated on the third floor of the Castle of the Marquises of Saluzzo “La Castiglia”, is a fundamental waypoint to relive the history of the Marquisate.
In fact, it is a multimedia installation that in the light of European history not only shows the main characteristics of the cultural identity of the Marquises and their leading social ranks between the 12th and the 15th centuries but it also shows their key role in relation to the Pope, the Empire, the Reign of France, the Anjou, and the peninsula’s big and small states.
The museum is comprised of eleven rooms, each one representing key characters and significant moments of the knighthood and court society of the Marquisate.
