Information
This route, despite being shorter, offers the true essence of the valley, which is already revealed by the first village we encounter: Cialancia. This toponym, quite frequent in the Cottian Alps area, indicates an impervious and steep land, as demonstrated by the old stone houses of this village as well as of the other ones we encounter, which almost seem to be hanging from the mountains. You can pedal along old mule tracks amongst thick woods, while a special downhill technique will challenge endurance bikers.
