Castelmagno (CN)
The ascent to Viridio is mainly exposed to the North, on the opposite side of the Sanctuary of San Magno. It starts from Chiappi, near the La Meiro Agriturismo. Once crossed the Grana river, it climbs a steep slope that leads to the Valley of Inciastar or Inchastar, which has to be fully climbed up, avoiding the steeper slopes. Towards the summit you start enjoying a superlative view over the whole sector of the Maritime and Ligurian Alps. There is the possibility to reach in a very short time the Viribianc nearby.
