From Ponte Maira to the sources follow the former cross-country ski track. Once you leave the village, continue upstream into the wonderful wood of mountain pines, a protected area of high natural value. With a little attention you can see, above the trees, the whitish walls of the caves of travertine that characterize the upper cliff. Once you have arrived in the larch wood of the Sources of Maira, you can enjoy a well-deserved break in an environment which is far from the stereotypes of mass tourism.
